:1: - Can I pick up my order?
No At the current time our warehouse is not set up to handle customer pickups.

:2: - Where is my Windows XP product key?
The Windows XP product key can be found on a sticker on the rear of the machine. This brightly coloured sticker is predominantly green, is titled "Windows XP Professional", and has a sequence of 25 numbers displayed as follow:

:3: - Is any warranty provided on my purchase?
Yes. We provide a 1 month back to base repair or replace warranty from the date of purchase.

Refunds will only be given on faulty items that cannot be repaired, and where an exchange item is not available.

:: - How do I check on my order?

:: - I don't have a username or password. How do I get these?
